Watch The Big Wedding movie theater

Watch The Big Wedding With an all-star cast led by Robert De Niro, Katherine Heigl, Diane Keaton, Amanda Seyfried, Topher Grace, with Susan Sarandon and Robin Williams, THE BIG WEDDING is an uproarious romantic comedy about a charmingly modern family trying to survive a weekend wedding celebration that has the potential to become a full blown family fiasco. To the amusement of their adult children and friends, long divorced couple Don and Ellie Griffin (De Niro and Keaton) are once again forced to play the happy couple for the sake of their adopted son's wedding after his ultra conservative biological mother unexpectedly decides to fly halfway across the world to attend. With all of the wedding guests looking on, the Griffins are hilariously forced to confront their past, present and future - and hopefully avoid killing each other in the process. Watch The Revolutionary Optimists movie theater

Watch The Revolutionary Optimists Synopsis: THE REVOLUTIONARY OPTIMISTS draws us into the world of two 11-year olds with no access to clean drinking water, a girl forced to labor inside a brick kiln, and a teenage dancer on the precipice of choosing child marriage to escape from her abusive family. From these fragile lives, lawyer turned change-agent Amlan Ganguly mines the strength and vision to build a most unlikely revolution. The film follows Ganguly and 4 children from Kolkata's poorest slums on an intimate journey through their adolescence. Together they fight seemingly insurmountable odds to build a better future for themselves and their community, challenging the notion that marginalization is written into their destiny. Review For The Revolutionary Optimists
As heartening as it is to see a slum child tutored about vicious cycles of adversity and using the buzzword "partnership" with aplomb, the film comes to feel cut and dried. Nicolas Rapold-New York Times It's a tribute to the power of optimism - and to an inspiring man who's changing the world, one child at a time. Moira MacDonald-Seattle Times It's truly something to see these children come into their own, and to bear witness to the undeniable sea change Ganguly has set in motion. Jenna Scherer-Time Out New York Change may be elusive, Optimists confirms, but the will to make it blazes. Michelle Orange-Village Voice This is the balance the film manages, celebrating the efforts at Prayasam and the successes, while never losing sight of the crises that define daily life for the kids growing up in the Kolkata slums. Cynthia Fuchs-PopMatters Equally suspenseful, moving and inspirational. Avi Offer-NYC Movie Guru Among that rare group of documentaries about child poverty that does not advocate for anything except hope. Maria Garcia-Film Journal International

Review For Herman's House
Herman's House is conventionally produced, but it does right by its two uncommon subjects. Adam Nayman-Globe and Mail Wallace is heard but not seen in the film, a decision by Toronto director Angad Singh Bhalla that serves art more than it does the story. Peter Howell-Toronto Star What drives the film is artist Jackie Sumell's relationship with [Angola 3 member Herman] Wallace. S. James Wegg-JWR

A pleasant if somewhat by-the-numbers family film that lacks any real crack-of-the-bat energy. Mark Olsen-Los Angeles Times An 8-year-old brain will probably think it's fine. All other brains, pass. Tom Long-Detroit News

Watch House (Ding Dong, You're Dead) movie theater

Watch House (Ding Dong, You're Dead) A mild box-office hit for New World Pictures, this lightweight attempt at horror parody from Friday the 13th producer Sean S. Cunningham stars former Greatest American Hero William Katt as a best-selling pop-horror novelist Roger Cobb (à la Stephen King) who suffers an insurmountable case of writer's block after separation from his soap-star wife (Kay Lenz) and the disappearance of their young son. Hoping to purge his personal demons by writing his Vietnam War memoirs, he moves into the massive mansion once occupied by his deceased aunt (who hanged herself in her bedroom), and finds himself surrounded by demons of a completely different kind. Roger takes the weirdness in stride, attempting to face down marauding monsters, interdimensional trap doors, and other supernatural horrors while concealing his predicament from the neighbors (except for the befuddled Harold Gorton [George Wendt], who tries gamely to play along with Roger's hare-brained monster-fighting schemes). ~ Cavett Binion, Rovi. The movie borrows from all the right places, including Edgar Allen Poe's Tell-Tale Heart and Sam Raimi's Evil Dead. Alex Sandell-Juicy Cerebellum Mediocre horror. Jake Euker-F5 (Wichita, KS) Pleasantly goofy horror time-killer. Ken Hanke-Mountain Xpress (Asheville, NC) A guy running around in a monster suit isn't enough to sustain a full-length horror flick... David Nusair-Reel Film Reviews Shows more imagination than most horror flicks. Robert Roten-Laramie Movie Scope May a house fall on the director's sister. Staci Layne Wilson-Fantastica Daily

Review For Kon Tiki
A visually impeccable, professionally crafted modern vessel that lacks any of the patched-together soul of its subject. Andrew Barker-Variety Thor Heyerdahl's legendary rafting expedition gets glossy treatment in this handsome but underwhelming action-adventure. Sheri Linden-Hollywood Reporter For most of its running time, it's a riveting rendition of a stranger-than-fiction tale. Marc Mohan-Oregonian This Scandinavian import is a lavishly constructed true-to-life epic that stands among the most thrilling and accessible films of this year's Academy Award nominations. Simon Brookfield-We Got This Covered A handsomely-mounted human drama, epic in scope if not execution, Kon-Tiki is a worthy testament to the magnitude of the feat it portrays. Simon Foster-Screen-Space Rich with character and heavy with ocean-based peril, Kon-Tiki is unexpectedly exciting and refreshingly human, retaining a searing sting of heartache and doubt as it manufactures eye-popping moments of near-death experiences. Brian Orndorf-Blu-ray.com Kon-Tiki rarely resonates as strongly as the subject matter would suggest. Tim Grierson-Screen International Could have used a bit more blood in the water, but its crystal-clear waves are a sight to behold nevertheless. Michael Nordine-L.A. Weekly
